All costs are based on time, including travel; for real long distances I will also ask for a contribution to petrol. So, a scale drawing of a driveway with a paving specification, or a one off consultation could be €150 plus travel. A concept plan for a simple small garden could be €350. Bigger or more complicated gardens are normally between €400-€800. Really big gardens start at €800. Verbal and written briefings and preparing tender drawings for a contractor are around the €250 mark. Onsite supervision starts at about €500 but for a project of €50,000 or more, expect the supervision fee to be in the region of €1500.
